New bird kilome

ictrine warbler : name & bird a lifer to me and first time I’ve seen it in kilome!
Breeding in Europe and visiting Africa during winters (september-march) its known to pass through Kenya (where its uncommon) headed south either in the rift valley or west of the rift valley which makes it special to be sighted ‘east’ of the rift valley.
Their name, icterine, is derived
from ikteros, the ancient Greek word for jaundice and describes the bird’s spring plumage…yellowish beneath and olive brown on top.
Your welcome to bird in kilome any time: I have recorded over 180bird species some of which are recorded here.
